About:

SVAMITVA Scheme:

 With the issuing of legal ownership rights (Property cards/Title deeds), the
SVAMITVA Scheme intends to offer the ‘Record of Rights’ to village
household owners who own dwellings in inhabited areas in villages.
 The Schemes is in trial phase began on April 24, 2020, and will run from 2020 to 2021 in six states: Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. In the pilot phase of implementation, villages from one border district of Punjab and Rajasthan, as well as a few villages from Andhra Pradesh, were added.
 During the years 2021-2025, the Scheme will be phased in across the nation, eventually covering all of the country’s communities. For the plan to be implemented, states and union territories must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Survey of India (SoI). Since the countrywide rollout of the plan on April 24, 2021, 17 additional states have signed MoUs with SoI, in addition to the 9 pilot phase states.
 The scheme also calls for the creation of a nationwide network of 567 Continuously Operating Referencing System (CORS) stations for identifying precise positions. As part of the Pilot phase, 210 CORS stations would be constructed in the states of Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Rajasthan.

e-panchayat programmes:

 The e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP) is being implemented under
the Digital India Programme with the goal of transforming the operation of
Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). As a result, they should become more
open, responsible, and effective organs of local self-government.
 e-GramSwaraj (egramswaraj.gov.in), a Panchayati Raj Simplified Work
Based Accounting Application, has also been developed, combining
planning, monitoring, accounting, and online payments functionality.
Panchayats have been urged to use the e-Gram Swaraj-PFMS (Public
Finance Management System) interface to pay suppliers using PFMS rather
than checks.
