History:

  • World Radiography Day was first celebrated in the year 2012. The European Society of Radiology (ESR), Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), American College of Radiology (ACR) initiated the initiative to start World Radiology Day.
  • This day is celebrated all over the world, medical centers and institutions all over the world at local, national and international level participate in spreading awareness about this day.
